The Third Learning Experience of Maintaining the Advanced Nature of Communist party member.

-Thoughts on Visiting the Patriotism Education Base (the site of the Monkey Field Conference)

On July 29th, 2005, party member, organized by the Party branch of the staff and workers of our department, visited the site of the Monkey Farm, a patriotic education base, and visited the battle site where the Red Army crossed the Wujiang River. Through the visit, it seems to reproduce the scene of the Red Army fighting bloody battles for the victory of the revolution, which left a deep impression on people and made people think:

First, the correct decision of leaders is very important.

The monkey field meeting is a very important meeting, which laid the foundation for the smooth convening of Zunyi meeting. It seems that a small meeting attended by only a few people decided the victory of the China Revolution and the life and death of the Red Army. Only by convening this meeting can the correct decision be made, the leading position of Comrade Mao Zedong in the CPC Central Committee be confirmed, and the Chinese Red Army move from victory to victory. Therefore, we must have a correct understanding of convening a meeting. Sometimes don't blindly think that there are too many meetings, and some necessary meetings have to be held. Only by holding a meeting can we unify our thinking, reach a * * * understanding and form a resolution. Our party has adhered to the fine style of democratic centralism for many years, and many problems have been solved through the principle of democratic centralism. Many decisions and decisions are made through meetings, and the participants are usually leading cadres or people with certain powers. Therefore, as the party's leading cadres, we must be good officials, make good use of power, maintain the advanced nature of party member, and take into account the interests of the people before we can make the right decision. Only when leaders make correct decisions can they lead the masses to work in the right direction. If the direction is right, the work will not be done in vain and the efficiency will be improved.

Second, leading cadres should set an example first.

Although this advanced education activity is aimed at all party member, the leading role of leading cadres is very important. By visiting the site of the Monkey Farm, we saw the places where Zhou Enlai, Zhu De and other central leaders lived in those years. They eat and live in a very difficult environment and live with mass soldiers. This fine revolutionary tradition should be vigorously carried forward today. Today, many of our leading cadres live a very comfortable life, with high-grade houses, buses and famous brands. When enjoying the privileges granted by the people, we should know how to care about the people's sufferings, experience their lives, do more practical things for them and lead them to common prosperity, instead of being forgetful and divorced from the masses because life is getting better and better.

Third, we must adhere to the mass line.

There are only tens of thousands of people left in the Long March of the Red Army. The final victory mainly depends on the masses, trusting and caring for them, and winning their trust. This educational activity to maintain the advanced nature of Communist party member must adhere to the mass line. The vast majority of party member work and live among the masses. The masses can see clearly what role party member has played, what advantages and disadvantages it has, and what problems and shortcomings it has, and have the most say. To carry out advanced education activities, we must fully trust the masses, rely on them closely, adhere to the mass line, solicit their opinions extensively, consciously accept their supervision and attach importance to their evaluation. Insist on solving outstanding problems. Specific to a unit, a grass-roots organization and a party member, the problems to be solved will be different. We must persist in solving any problems and focus on solving any outstanding problems. Whether to really solve the outstanding problems that are strongly reflected by the masses and can be solved through hard work should be regarded as an important criterion to measure the effectiveness of advanced education activities.

As leading cadres, we must seriously study and deeply understand the spirit of the Central Committee's instructions, further improve our understanding of the great struggle to carry out this activity, and even more, we must strive to practice the "Theory of Three Represents" in practical work, combine work with study, earnestly promote the reform of education and teaching, promote the comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development of schools, and strive to run a satisfactory education for the people.

After careful study at this stage, I think it is an important measure to carry out educational activities to maintain the advanced nature of Communist party member. "Theory of Three Represents" scientifically grasped the law of the construction of the ruling party and endowed the party with distinctive characteristics of the times. Give the party's guiding ideology a distinctive spirit of the times, give the party's purpose a distinctive connotation of the times, and give the party's task a distinctive feature of the times. The 16th National Congress of the Communist Party of China established Theory of Three Represents, Marxism–Leninism, Mao Zedong Thought and Deng Xiaoping Theory as the guiding ideology that our party must adhere to for a long time, and asked the whole party to implement this important thought in all fields of modernization and all aspects of party building.
