The Union College of Belarusian State University of Dalian University of Technology (hereinafter referred to as "China-Belarus College") is an important measure for Dalian University of Technology to cooperate with the Ministry of Education to "promote the Belt and Road Education Action", comprehensively optimize the discipline structure, enhance the level of internationalization, and build a "double-class". It is the first international cooperative education institution at undergraduate level approved by the Ministry of Education of China and Belarus.
Dalian University of Technology, referred to as "Dagong", is located in Dalian, Liaoning Province. It is a national key university directly under the Ministry of Education of People's Republic of China (PRC). The Ministry of Education and the State Bureau of Science, Technology and Industry for National Defense have established universities, and the Ministry of Education, Liaoning Province and Dalian City have established universities, which are "double-class" national universities. Selected into the national "20 1 1 plan", "11plan", outstanding engineer education and training plan, national postgraduate plan for building high-level universities, new engineering research and practice projects, scholarship institutions for overseas students from China government, national pilot universities implementing engineering education reform, and national college students. National college students' innovation and entrepreneurship training plan, the first batch of demonstration universities in China to deepen the reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education, the first batch of practical education and innovation and entrepreneurship bases in colleges and universities, and the first batch of scientific and technological achievements transformation and technology transfer bases in colleges and universities.
