1. Information Engineering University of the Strategic Support Force of the People's Liberation Army: It was rebuilt on the basis of the former China University of Information Engineering and the Foreign Languages Institute of the People's Liberation Army, and belongs to the Strategic Support Force of the People's Liberation Army of China. Its campuses are located in Zhengzhou City and Luoyang City, Henan Province, and undertake the task of cultivating high-level professionals in the information field for national defense and military modernization.

2. The First Aviation Academy of the People's Liberation Army Air Force: formerly known as the First Aviation School of the Northeast Democratic Allied Forces founded by 1946. The former Air Force Changchun Flight Academy, the Seventh Flight Academy and the Second Aviation Academy were merged and established on June 9, 2004. It is a comprehensive military institution of higher learning focusing on training flight talents, a key military construction institution approved by the Central Military Commission as the "2 1 10 Project", and an important source of the main combat effectiveness of the Air Force.
