Curriculum teaching is the foundation of school teaching activities. Curriculum construction is the most basic teaching construction related to the quality of school personnel training, a systematic project and an important core system in the teaching system. According to the requirements of strengthening the construction of key courses at school level and the reality of teaching development, Foreign Languages Institute firmly grasps the lifeline of improving the quality of personnel training, ensures the central position of teaching work, takes key courses as the starting point, aims at cultivating high-quality talents to meet the development needs, and combines the characteristics of English and Japanese disciplines to make overall plans for the construction of professional basic courses and main courses, thus strengthening teaching research and promoting the teaching capital construction of Foreign Languages Institute. On this basis, it selects courses with good conditions to declare to schools and municipal key courses and excellent courses.
Through six years' construction of key courses and psychotropic drugs courses, the Foreign Languages Institute currently has four school-level key courses 14, four municipal-level key courses, three school-level excellent courses and one municipal-level excellent course 1.
The construction of key courses is an important part of teaching construction and reform in foreign language colleges. By taking practical and effective measures for the construction of key courses, the pace of curriculum construction is accelerated by "promoting teaching reform through teaching research and promoting teaching reform through teaching reform".
