Freshmen can apply for CET-4 and CET-6. CET-4 and CET-6 are national English tests administered by the Ministry of Education. Its purpose is to objectively and accurately measure the actual English ability of college students and provide evaluation services for college English teaching. There will be two CET-4 and CET-6 exams each year, corresponding to a Saturday and Sunday of the last and next semester, so as not to conflict with the candidates' university study courses.
