1. Basic information of the school:
Hefei University of Technology, headquartered in Hefei, Anhui Province, is a national key university directly under the Ministry of Education of People's Republic of China (PRC). It is jointly established by the Ministry of Education, the Anhui Provincial People's Government, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the State Bureau of Science, Technology and Industry for National Defense. It is a national "double-class" construction university.
2. School performance:
The national "2 1 1 project" has been selected as the national "985 Innovation Platform of Engineering Superiority Discipline", "20 1 1 plan", "kloc-0/1plan", excellent engineer education and training plan and plan.
It is a national college students' cultural quality education base, a national college practice education innovation and entrepreneurship base, the first batch of demonstration universities in China to deepen the reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education, a national university with typical experience in innovation and entrepreneurship, a scholarship receiving institution of China government for overseas students, and a member of CDIO Engineering Education Alliance.

As of July 2023, the school has more than 2,400 full-time teachers, more than 0/00 high-level talents such as academicians of the two academies, winners of the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars and winners of the Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars, and more than 200 talents in the positions of "Welcome to Soldiers" and "Huangshan Scholar". As of July, 2023, the school has four national experimental teaching demonstration centers, three national virtual simulation experimental teaching centers 1, three national engineering practical education centers, seven provincial and ministerial experimental teaching demonstration centers 17, three provincial and ministerial virtual simulation experimental teaching centers, eight provincial and above demonstration education practice bases, and 24 off-campus joint venture practice bases1.
There are 48 national first-class undergraduate specialty construction sites, 5 national excellent courses 15, 6 national excellent video open courses, 9 national excellent resources, 46 provincial and ministerial excellent courses, 3 provincial excellent video open courses 13 and 34 provincial excellent resources.
