CCB employees are divided into regular employees (medium and long-term contract employees) and dispatched employees. The former publishes recruitment information on the website of CCB, and then goes through relevant procedures. The head office and branches recruit fresh graduates (bachelor degree or above) and talents with work experience respectively every year. Of course, it is relatively difficult to enter, and it will be better if someone is available. The latter is recruited irregularly according to the employment situation and demand of the bank, but it does not belong to the formal employees of CCB.
