If it is necessary to transfer the account, the provincial education administrative department at the transfer place shall send a copy of the relevant documents to the public security organ where the school is located. Twenty-fourth schools shall, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state, establish and improve the specific measures for students to transfer; The transfer situation shall be publicized in a timely manner. Within 3 months after the transfer is completed, the transfer school shall report to the local provincial education administrative department for the record. The provincial education administrative department shall strengthen the supervision and management of the school transfer behavior in the local area, and promptly correct the illegal transfer behavior.
