Universities of Applied Sciences, founded in 1954, is the first high-level applied innovative university named after "applied technology" in China. The school is a doctoral degree awarding unit, selected as the key construction unit of high-level local universities in Shanghai, the first batch of first-class undergraduate construction leading plan and first-class postgraduate education leading plan in Shanghai universities, and the first batch of demonstration universities in Shanghai to deepen the reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education.
