1. 1 This journal adopts a two-way anonymous peer review system. After receiving the manuscript, the editor should first check whether the manuscript content, contributor information and contact information are complete, and then conduct a preliminary review of the manuscript. Manuscripts that pass the preliminary examination will enter the expert review process, and the editorial department will review the manuscripts that pass the preliminary examination, confirm and stamp them according to the quality of the manuscripts, and send a letter to the reviewers after anonymous processing, which is generally required to be completed within one month. The examiner shall conduct the examination according to the items in the examination form, and write specific examination opinions. After receiving the manuscript, the editor will refer to the expert's opinion and implement the traditional' three-review' manuscript review system to decide whether the manuscript is adopted or not. This magazine has strict requirements for reviewers, and must be a well-known professor or doctoral supervisor inside and outside the school, with rigorous style of study and decent style. Reviewers should abide by article 19 of Academic Norms for Philosophy and Social Sciences Research in Colleges and Universities issued by the Ministry of Education, and keep unpublished manuscripts confidential. 1.2 All the authors of the list of submitted works agree that the property rights of the submitted articles will be transferred to the humanities and social sciences edition of Journal of Zhejiang University after their publication in this journal, but the authors still retain their personal rights and the right to compile and teach their own works in the future. When submitting a manuscript, the author should submit the original copyright transfer in addition to the relevant documents.

1.3 Any manuscript that experts still can't approve or have questions will be submitted to the editorial board of this journal (more than five people) for anonymous voting, so as to find valuable and good manuscripts.

1.4 After the manuscript is edited and revised by the author, the responsible editor will write a written opinion, submit it to the executive editor-in-chief for review, and then send it to the executive deputy editor-in-chief and editor-in-chief of this newspaper for review and finalization.

1.5 It is strictly two-way for this journal to anonymously submit the author's manuscript and anonymously handle the reviewers at the same time.

1.6 due to the limited strength of the journal, and according to the general practice, the manuscript will not be rejected, and no comments will be given, so the author must keep the manuscript for himself. If no editorial comments are received within three months after submission, the manuscript can be processed separately.
