The eight universities in Beijing are Peking Union Medical College, Capital Normal University, Foreign Affairs College, People's Public Security University of China, Central Academy of Fine Arts, Central Academy of Drama, Central Conservatory of Music and University of Chinese Academy of Sciences. Among them, Peking Union Medical College has four disciplines on the list of world-class disciplines, and its strength can be seen.

There are four universities in Jiangsu Province, namely Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine, Nanjing Forestry University, Nanjing University of Information Science & Technology and Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications. Each of these four universities has a discipline selected as a first-class discipline.

There are four other universities in Shanghai, namely Shanghai Ocean University, Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Shanghai Institute of Physical Education and Shanghai Conservatory of Music. Among them, Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine has two disciplines selected for the list of first-class construction disciplines.

Followed by Sichuan, three non-2 1 1 universities were selected as first-class construction disciplines, namely Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Chengdu University of Technology and Southwest Petroleum University.

Tianjin and Zhejiang, respectively: Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and tianjin polytechnic university; China Academy of Fine Arts Ningbo University.

One is in Guangdong and the other is in Henan. They are: Guangdong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine; Henan University!

However, in the fourth round of discipline evaluation, seven "non-2 1 1" first-class construction universities were not selected as Class A disciplines, namely Foreign Affairs University, People's Public Security University of China, Henan University, Chengdu University of Technology, Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Ningbo University and Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications.

On the contrary, although some universities have not selected first-class construction disciplines, two or even three disciplines have been rated as Class A in discipline evaluation.
