How about comparing Shanghai Maritime University, South China University of Technology and Southwest University?
Well, I'm a maritime major-

Well, I can say that the only advantage of maritime school is good employment. If it is a major, shipping management, that is, Air China, is an ace major. As for the rest, it can only be said that it is average. Merchant ships are militarized management for all boys. It's good to want to get on the boat, but English, economics and other majors that have nothing to do with maritime affairs are basically not popular. I think it's best to enter this school or Air China. Secondly, even if it is related to shipping.

I am a student of Air China (Air China is an international shipping management major). ) I also considered applying for South China Institute of Technology after the college entrance examination. I absolutely can't say that South China University of Technology is a personal wish, but the score of 10 is a pity ... tragedy. That school is a very good school, but some people may be too far away because they are in Guangdong, but I quite like the warm weather there-(I am from the Central Plains, and I am a little afraid of the cold. )

As for Southwest University, I'm not sure. I can only give you information about Shanghai maritime affairs.

The maritime employment rate has increased, and many majors in the school have also been upgraded by one, and the score line will definitely increase. My college entrance examination is 622, the navigation score is 608, and the score is 579 (our side). Finally, enter Air China (Amen) for your reference ~

A while ago, there was a double election meeting in our school (that is, enterprises recruit people, choose two ways, and we also choose companies). Many units have indicated that they want students from Air China, and the rest of the majors are not recruited. Therefore, if your score is not enough for Air China major (maritime score is about 20), you'd better consider it, because this major is the counterpart and trump card, and the rest can't be said to be poor, tired and competitive (for example, engineering major is very tired). Personally, I don't think it's worthwhile. If the score is enough, it is of course South China University of Technology.

Of course, if you want to develop in Shanghai in the future, maritime affairs is also good, and Dalian Maritime University is also better. Generally speaking, Dalian Maritime is better, but if you are looking for a job in Shanghai, Shanghai Maritime is certainly popular.

The shortcomings of our school, hmm. . (Let me talk about objective reality)

(1) Road is too far. It's really, really far away, and it can be said that it's isolated from the world (I've heard of it before, and I really realized it .................................................................................................................................. Of course, if you just want to live quietly for four years, this place is still very suitable. However, it takes two hours to cough in the city. Fortunately, there are many restaurants outside the school recently, so you don't have to open the canteen all day. ...

The weather is cruel. Winter is very, very cold. Don't expect air conditioning and heating in the dormitory. Electric blankets are forbidden. The rechargeable hot water bottle can be used secretly (can't be found). It is very hot in summer, so I may not be able to sleep. ...

(3) Bathing is very troublesome. Because it is a public toilet, there are only public toilets and cold shower rooms in the dormitory (rarely), so they all go to the public toilet to wash.

Above.

It would be great if all this doesn't mind.

Besides, the school is very big. I don't know if this is a disadvantage or an advantage ... I'm sure I'll go to the canteen to queue up for dinner. The overall work and rest schedule is one hour ahead of schedule, and there is no self-study in the evening, but there is a minor.

The school's words are still quite good, but the sea environment can really hone people. If I were you, I would definitely fill in the TAT of South China University of Technology (purely because I like it there), but everyone has different opinions, so I can only tell you the truth.

If you are interested in coming to our school, you are welcome, but if you think it is too bad here, don't blame me. = I told you all my feelings ~

In short, good employment is a major feature of Shanghai Maritime University. South China University of Technology is a university with relatively strong comprehensive strength, while maritime affairs is a university with relatively narrow professional orientation.

The above is for reference only.
