Binhai School of Foreign Affairs of Tianjin Foreign Studies University, approved by the Ministry of Education in 2004, was jointly organized by Tianjin Foreign Studies University and Tianjin Tianwai Education Investment Co., Ltd., which is an independent college engaged in full-time general undergraduate education.
