Xingjian College of Arts and Sciences of Guangxi University is located in Nanning, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. It is a full-time private undergraduate college (independent college) approved by the Ministry of Education in 2002.

In March 2007, the old campus moved into the new campus. In the same year, five majors including communication engineering, transportation, industrial design, electrical engineering and automation were added, and 24 majors were enrolled.

In August, 2008, five majors, including Chinese as a foreign language, property management, applied psychology, social work, and landscape architecture (landscape design direction) were added, with 29 majors involving 7 disciplines.

Starting from grade 2008, bachelor's degree certificates will be awarded to college students who meet the conditions for awarding bachelor's degrees in Xingjian College of Arts and Sciences of Guangxi University after examination by the Academic Degrees Committee.
