The new campus of Tianjin University is located on the south bank of the middle reaches of Haihe River, between the downtown area of Tianjin and Binhai New Area. It is the central area of Tianjin's "two cities expanding towards each other"-the middle of Haihe Education Park in Jinnan District and the west side of the ecological green corridor. The scope of land use starts from Weier Road in the park in the east, ends at Jingang Expressway in the south, ends at Jishan tie line in the west and ends at Liuwei Road in the park in the north. The new campus is 22 kilometers away from the old campus.
