Cultivating high-level, wide-caliber applied and compound legal talents with specific professional background is the main form of cultivating high-quality legal talents. Since 2000, the national entrance examination (unified proposition and unified marking) has been implemented for professional courses, and the enrollment of non-law majors is limited. In 2006, 48 colleges and universities enrolled master of law students, which can be transferred between schools taking the joint entrance examination.
Application conditions:
In addition to meeting the requirements of the national unified examination, the following conditions must be met: the majors studied in colleges and universities are non-law majors (the following 13 majors are not allowed to apply for master of laws: law, economic law, international law, international economic law, labor reform law, commercial law, notarization, legal affairs, administrative law, lawyers, foreign-related economy and law, intellectual property law, criminal law). Registration time and precautions:
LLM registration procedures and time are the same as those in June 5438+10 to take the national postgraduate examination. Candidates can register directly at the Graduate Admissions Office of the reported school, or at the registration points designated by the College Admissions Offices of all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government. Candidates can also apply for two colleges and universities in the joint exam. After the score reaches the admission line stipulated by the state, the first choice is not accepted, and the second choice can be adjusted.

Admission:
Candidates who take the LLM entrance examination can be admitted as directed or non-directed master students, or they can be admitted as master students entrusted by the admissions unit or at their own expense.
Learning style:
LLM adopts full-time full-time study and part-time full-time full-time study. The full-time full-time study lasts for two to three years, and the part-time study lasts no more than four years. In teaching, LLM pays attention to classroom teaching, case teaching and the cultivation of practical operation ability. The teaching content is set according to the first-level discipline of law, and the credit system is implemented, including compulsory courses and elective courses.
