1, graduation thesis composition

The paper consists of cover, graduation design (thesis) score evaluation form, graduation design (thesis) task book, opening report, mid-term inspection, closing acceptance, Chinese abstract, English abstract, table of contents, text, references and appendix 12. See the appendix for the format of each part;

(1) Cover: The cover includes the title of the paper, students' names, classes and so on. Please refer to appendix1for the format;

(2) Achievement evaluation form: including paper comments and paper achievements, which shall be filled in by the defense committee. See Annex 2 for the format.

(3) Task book: filled in by the instructor and distributed to the students when arranging the graduation project. See Annex 3 for the format.

(4) Opening report: Students write carefully and submit it to the instructor for inspection, which is valid after the instructor signs it. See Annex 4 for the format.

(5) Interim report: The student writes it carefully, and it is valid after the tutor signs it. See Annex 5 for the format.

(6) Final acceptance: students write carefully and it will be effective after the instructor signs it. See Annex 6 for the format.

(7) Contents: compiled according to three-level titles, with clear levels, mainly including abstracts, main level titles of the text, references, appendices, etc. ;

(8) Abstract: Chinese abstract should be about 400 words, including title, abstract and keywords (3-5), and English should correspond to the content of Chinese abstract;

(9) Text: The text of the paper includes introduction (or preface, overview, etc. ), the main body and conclusion of the paper. Engineering papers should conform to the format of scientific papers, and the text should be more than 15000 words;

(10) References: It must be read by students themselves, mainly the recently published' magazine literature', not too many books, and it should be directly related to the content of the paper;

(1 1) Appendix: including foreign language copies and translations, relevant drawings and computer source programs. If you have a graduation internship, you need a graduation internship report.

2. Format requirements of graduation thesis

(1) graduation thesis should use A4(2 10mm? 197mm) standard paper is printed and bound (left-handed) into a book, and the text is written in small four characters in Song style or regular script, 2.5cm above the layout, 2cm below the layout, and 2cm left and right (the side of the binding paper is bound with 0.5cm blank). The title is in bold type No.3 (No.3 when writing two lines); Foreword and title are in bold type 4.

(2) All drawings involved in the paper, whether drawn by computer or by hand, should be standardized and the symbols should meet the national standards.

(3) After completing the graduation project (thesis), students should print a copy and submit it to the tutor for review before September 20 12+05 for final acceptance. ;
