The School of Petrochemical Engineering of Fuzhou University, founded by Fuzhou University, Quangang District Government and Fujian Petrochemical Group Company, is a comprehensive college based on petrochemical specialty and aimed at cultivating talents urgently needed for petrochemical development. The School of Petrochemical Engineering of Fuzhou University integrates undergraduate, postgraduate and vocational training, and plans to offer four majors: chemical engineering and technology (petrochemical direction), process equipment and control engineering (petrochemical equipment, chemical instruments and automatic control direction), new energy and clean production, and environment and safety management. It has two campuses: Qishan Campus and Quangang Campus of Fuzhou University. Among them, the first-phase construction land of Quangang Campus is about 500 mu, and it is planned to formally enroll students in the autumn of 20 13.
