The headquarters of Northwest University in Xi City, Shaanxi Province is located in Taibai Campus.

Taibai Campus is adjacent to the 600-year-old Ming City Wall, located in the southwest corner of Anzhong City, and adjacent to the moat and Huancheng South Road in the north. The campus includes the memorial pavilion of the actual temple ruins in the Tang Dynasty, the monument of "Land of Orange Escape", the former site of Northeastern University Auditorium built by Zhang Xueliang during the Republic of China (still in use today), the National Northwest United University Monument, and the antique history museum. The campus is shaded by trees, mainly science and engineering.

Northwest University is a comprehensive national key university with the coordinated development of literature, history, philosophy, economics, management, law, science, engineering and medicine, and has great influence and good reputation at home and abroad. There are three campuses: Taibai Campus, Taoyuan Campus and Chang 'an Campus, covering a total area of more than 2,360 mu.

Taoyuan Campus is located in Xi Hi-tech Industrial Development Zone, which is mainly the residence of adult education and vocational and technical colleges, and also the largest employee family area of Northwest University. Chang 'an Campus (also called "South Campus") is located at Xuefu Avenue 1, Guodu Town, Chang 'an District, Xi University Town. It was completed and put into use in 2005, mainly for liberal arts departments and some science departments.
