First, Northwest University

Northwest University, referred to as "Xida University", is located in Xi City, Shaanxi Province. It is a comprehensive national key university jointly established by the people of China, the Ministry of Education and the Shaanxi Provincial People's Government. It is a national "double-first-class" construction university and a national "2 1 1 project" key construction university, and has been selected as a basic capacity-building project for universities in the central and western regions.

Second, Xi Jiaotong University

Xi 'an Jiaotong University, referred to as "Xi Jiaotong University", is located in Xi, Shaanxi Province. It is a comprehensive research-oriented national key university directly under the Ministry of Education of People's Republic of China (PRC). Established by the Ministry of Education and the State Bureau of Science, Technology and Industry for National Defense, it ranks among the "double-class" in China and is one of the first batch of "2 1 1 project" and "0 project" in China.

Third, Northwestern Polytechnical University

Northwestern Polytechnical University, referred to as "Xigong University" for short, is located in Xi City, Shaanxi Province, directly under the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China. It is the only national key university in China that develops aviation, aerospace and navigation engineering education and scientific research at the same time, and ranks among the national "double-class", "985 Project" and "2 1658".
