Chapter I General Provisions

Article 1 In order to ensure the smooth enrollment of undergraduate students in our university in 2020, the Articles of Association are formulated in accordance with the Education Law of the People's Republic of China, the Higher Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Education and the education authorities of provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) on doing a good job in enrollment of ordinary colleges and universities, and in combination with the actual enrollment of colleges and universities.

Article 2 These Articles of Association are applicable to undergraduate enrollment of Gansu University of Political Science and Law in 2020.

Article 3 Undergraduate enrollment of Gansu University of Political Science and Law follows the principles of "fair competition, fair selection, openness and transparency, comprehensive assessment, comprehensive evaluation and merit-based admission" and is conducted under the unified organization of the admissions committees of all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government.

Article 4 Undergraduate enrollment in our school is subject to the supervision of candidates and their parents, discipline inspection and supervision departments, news media and all sectors of society.

Article 9 Nature, type and conditions of running a school: The school is a provincial public full-time undergraduate college in Gansu Province, and the higher administrative department is the Education Department of Gansu Province. Students have completed all the courses specified in the teaching plan within the specified time, and their grades are qualified and meet the graduation conditions. Gansu University of Political Science and Law will issue the undergraduate diploma of general higher education recognized by the state and electronically registered by the Ministry of Education; Graduates who meet the conditions for conferring degrees shall be awarded the bachelor's degree certificate of general higher education by Gansu University of Political Science and Law. Gansu University of Political Science and Law has excellent conditions for running a school. Chapter IV Enrollment Scope and Plan

Article 12 Gansu University of Political Science and Law plans to enroll students in 30 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) in 2020. The specific enrollment plan is subject to the final data published by the provincial admissions authorities.

Chapter V Prison Science and Law Enrollment (Tibetan-Chinese Bilingual Direction)

Article 13 Prison Science is a major established by Gansu University of Political Science and Law and Gansu Provincial Department of Justice, and is open to students in Gansu Province. This major mainly trains prison people's police and judicial administrative professionals who meet the national civil service standards in Gansu Province. The annual enrollment plan is determined according to the actual needs of the professional posts of the prison people's police and judicial administrative organs in Gansu Province. Students are under the control of the police. Wearing uniforms and signs of judicial police students during school is managed by Gansu Provincial Prison Administration and Public Security Branch of Gansu University of Political Science and Law (College of Criminal Justice).

Fourteenth prison science major is included in the undergraduate enrollment in Gansu Province in advance, which belongs to the public security (armed police) major. It is planned to enroll 90 students in 2020, of which the proportion of girls shall not exceed 15%. Physical examination standards refer to the College Students Department of the Ministry of Education and the Law Education Department of the Ministry of Justice. China University of Political Science and Law, Southwest University of Political Science and Law, Zhongnan University of Economics and Law, East China University of Political Science and Law, northwest university of politics and law, and Central Judicial Police College > (Division of Education [2003]16). Fifteenth candidates who intend to apply for the prison science major should conduct self-test according to their own conditions before applying for the exam, and only those who pass the self-test can apply for the exam. Those who fail the exam will be transferred to other majors according to the results of the college entrance examination. Candidates must obey the adjustment, otherwise it will be handled according to the relevant regulations of the school.

Article 16 In 2020, our school will continue to recruit students majoring in law (Tibetan-Chinese bilingual direction) for Gansu, Qinghai, Sichuan and Tibet. Candidates applying for this major must be qualified in both Chinese and Tibetan, otherwise they will not be accepted.

The enrollment plan of law (Tibetan-Chinese bilingual direction) is included in the enrollment plan of our school in 2020, and the "2+2" joint training mode is adopted with Gansu Normal University for Nationalities (the first and second grades are studied in Gansu Normal University for Nationalities, and the third and fourth grades are studied in Gansu University of Political Science and Law). Our school is responsible for student status management, teacher selection, graduation certificate and degree certificate issuance. Gansu Normal University for Nationalities is responsible for the daily teaching, management and student safety during the first and second grades.

Chapter VI Admission

Seventeenth in the form of online remote admission, according to the classification of candidates announced by the province of origin.

Eighteenth for the provinces or batches that implement non-parallel volunteer, the school gives priority to the candidates who apply for our school as the first choice, and those who have insufficient first volunteers can enroll non-first volunteer candidates; For the provinces or batches that implement parallel volunteer, if the number of parallel volunteer is insufficient, the enrollment plan adjustment of our school will be implemented in accordance with the enrollment plan management regulations of the Ministry of Education and relevant provincial enrollment departments; Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region enrolls students according to the rules of "Admission Plan 1: 1".

Jiangsu Provincial Academic Level Examination requires that the subject level is above 2B (inclusive) and the technical subject is qualified. After the candidates enter the file, the sorting rule is "score first, then score". When the results of the bidding are the same, those with higher education level will be given priority, and then they will be admitted in the order of professional volunteers. When the scores of filing, academic level, subject level and professional volunteer order are the same, liberal arts candidates give priority to Chinese (excluding bonus points), mathematics and foreign language scores from high to low, while science candidates give priority to mathematics (excluding bonus points), Chinese and foreign language scores from high to low. The admission of fine arts majors follows the regulations of Jiangsu Province, and requires that the level of academic test subjects is qualified.

Article 20 The arrangement of enrollment batches in our school shall be based on the batches published by the enrollment departments of all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government.

Twenty-first investigation, border management, public security, drug control, criminal science and technology, safety engineering, network security and law enforcement, public security audio-visual technology majors are enrolled as ordinary majors.

Article 22 The majors of investigation, frontier management, public security, drug control and criminal science and technology belong to public security majors in non-public security colleges. Due to the special needs of professional training, the school will organize interviews, physical examinations and physical fitness tests after entering the school. Candidates who do not meet the standards will be diverted according to their college entrance examination results and professional volunteers. Candidates are advised to refer to the standards of interview, physical examination and physical fitness test in the Notice on Printing and Distributing (UNESCO [2003]16) and choose to register.

Article 24 According to the spirit of the Provisions of the Ministry of Education on the Enrollment of Ordinary Colleges and Universities in 2020, our school recognizes in principle the policies of the admissions authorities of all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government on adding points, dropping points and giving priority to admission, and recognizes the scores of candidates who meet the care policy.

Article 25 The proportion of female students majoring in prison science in our school shall generally not exceed 15% of the planned number. The ratio of male to female in other majors is not limited in principle, but it is properly controlled within the whole school according to the actual situation.

Article 26 In 2020, the foreign language teaching language for all undergraduate majors in our school will be English.

Article 27 Schools shall assess candidates' ideological, political and moral character in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Education's "Regulations on Enrollment of Ordinary Colleges and Universities in 2020", and the prison science major must also comply with the relevant provisions of documentNo. 106 of 2007/February 15. Article 28 The school shall assess the physical health of candidates in accordance with the relevant provisions of the document Guiding Opinions on Physical Examination of Enrollment in Colleges and Universities issued by the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Health and the China Disabled Persons' Federation, and the prison science major must also comply with the relevant provisions of documentNo.1February 15, 2005. Twenty-ninth candidates who have reached the minimum control score of the corresponding batch under the condition of passing the ideological and political moral assessment and physical health examination shall be admitted in turn according to the candidates' scores (that is, the actual scores of the college entrance examination+the bonus points of various policies). The major arrangement is based on the principle of "score first, professional voluntary follow-up (no grade difference between majors)". Under the condition of equal scores and professional volunteers, candidates of literature and history are admitted from high scores to low scores according to the comprehensive scores of arts and sciences, and candidates of science and engineering are admitted from high scores to low scores according to the comprehensive scores of science and engineering. When the candidates' professional volunteers can't be fully satisfied, if they are transferred, they will be transferred to the vacant major according to the candidates' scores in various subjects and the professional volunteers of other institutions. Otherwise, they will be fired.

Article 30 In order to facilitate management, the school randomly assigns law students to law schools and civil and commercial economic law schools according to the size of teachers and students in each college, and implements the same training program.

Thirty-first candidates who apply for English majors should take the oral English test with reference to the unified regulations of the admissions departments of the provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government where the candidates are located. English majors in our school require candidates to score 100 (full score 150) or 80 (full score 120) before admission. Candidates who apply for law (foreign-related rule of law) have an English score of not less than 75%.

Thirty-second students admitted by the school according to the enrollment plan shall be recommended by the school after being approved by the enrollment authorities of the provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government where the candidates are located.

Article 33 Admission principles for art majors: Strictly implement the admission rules for art majors in Shengyuan Province. The control scores of cultural courses refer to the admission scores delineated by the provincial admissions department of Shengyuan Province, and the scores of professional courses are scored according to the results of the unified examination. The minimum score line of the provincial (city, district) unified examination must meet the qualified requirements stipulated by the local province. If the "ranking score" is adopted, the admission will be based on the scores from high to low; Those who use other types of grades to file, on the basis of online cultural courses, are selected according to the grades of professional courses from high to low. Candidates must choose a major when filling in the college entrance examination volunteers, and fill in whether they obey the professional adjustment.

Article 34 High-level sports teams (football) enroll students according to the regulations of the Ministry of Education and relevant provinces, and must pass the special tests of our school. Candidates who have passed the special test and have been confirmed by the provincial admissions department to have no objection will be admitted from high score to low score according to the special score of the control line where the publicity preferential score line is located in the cultural class.

Chapter VII Charging Standards and Others

Thirty-fifth all kinds of undergraduate enrollment in our college strictly implement the charging standards approved by the Price Bureau of Gansu Provincial Development and Reform Commission. Social work, labor and social security, political science and administration, administration, accounting, business administration, financial management, marketing, Chinese language and literature, advertising, journalism, human resource management, international economy and trade, public enterprise management, finance 3,800 yuan/student/school year; Law (including foreign-related rule of law and Tibetan-Chinese bilingual direction), ideological and political education, intellectual property rights, prison science, English, investigation science, border management, public security science and drug control science, 4300 yuan/student/school year; Information management and information system, computer science and technology, information security, logistics management, criminal science and technology, security engineering, network security and law enforcement, public security audio-visual technology, and cyberspace security are 4,500 yuan/student/school year; Environmental design, visual communication design and painting 6500 yuan/student/school year; Students in the preparatory class will be charged according to the standard of 1 5000 yuan/student in the year of1admission, and the tuition fee will be charged according to their major after the expiration of the preparatory class. Article 36 Students' accommodation shall be managed by apartments, with 6 students per room 1 room and 6 students in 900 yuan/student/school year. (4 people in Taohai Apartment 1350 yuan/student/school year, 6 people 1050 yuan/student/school year).

Thirty-seventh freshmen, the school will conduct a comprehensive audit of freshmen, those who do not meet the conditions or engage in malpractices for personal gain, fraud, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Education on doing a good job in the enrollment of ordinary colleges and universities.

Thirty-eighth students drop out of school or finish their studies ahead of schedule, and the school will refund the remaining tuition and accommodation fees on a monthly basis according to the actual study time and accommodation time of the students.

Chapter VIII Scholarship System and Work-study Program

Article 39 In order to encourage students to make continuous progress and complete their studies, the school has established a seven-in-one multi-element mixed funding system of "award, assistance, loan, diligence, reduction, supplement and exemption".

Article 40 In addition to the distribution of national scholarships and national inspirational scholarships, our school has also established a scholarship system and scholarship fund to reward students with excellent academic performance. Student scholarships are divided into comprehensive scholarships and individual scholarships, aiming at guiding students' all-round development in morality, intelligence, physique, beauty and labor.

Article 41 According to the current regulations of the state, our school provides students from poor families with student-origin student loans, and students apply to China Development Bank for student-origin student loans according to tuition and accommodation fees.

Article 42 Our school implements a temporary subsidy policy for students who are identified as poor.

Article 43 Our school actively helps students from poor families to complete their studies through various channels and ways such as work-study practice posts and accepting various social donations.

Chapter IX Supplementary Provisions

Article 44 The Articles of Association shall be implemented as of the date of promulgation, and the Academic Affairs Office shall be responsible for the interpretation.

Article 45 In case of any conflict between the Articles of Association and the national laws, regulations, rules and relevant policies at higher levels, the national laws, regulations, rules and relevant policies at higher levels shall prevail.
