To sum up, the basic medical insurance fund for college students consists of basic medical insurance premiums paid by insured students and government subsidies. The fund-raising standard is 1 10 yuan per person per year, in which the financial subsidy is 80 yuan, the college students and their families pay 30 yuan, and the financial subsidy for the college students from low-income families is full, and the college students themselves do not pay.
