Jinyu Station is located at the intersection of Xiyuangong, and a single overpass is set on the west side of the station.
The line runs south along Wulongjiang Avenue, and Fuzhou University Station is located at the east gate of Fuzhou University.
The line continues to the south, and after crossing the ship port from the west side of the ship port bridge, Dongyu Station is set on the east side of the West Railway Station.
The line turns east and is laid along Keji East Road. Houting Station is located at the entrance of Houguan Avenue, and the west side of the station is provided with double parking lines, and the transfer conditions with Forward Line 8 are reserved at Houting Station.
After passing through the Wulong River, the line runs along Jinxiang Road, with Juyuanzhou Station on the east side of Kumquat intersection and single crossing line on the east side of the station.
Hongwan Station is set at Hongwan intersection on the east side of the line.
Continue eastward, set Jinshan Station at the south intersection of Jinzhou District and transfer to Line 5, and set up a single overpass on the east side of the station.

After crossing Liming Lake in the north, the line turns to Wushan Road in the east. At the intersection with Bayiqi North Road, Nanmendou Station and the 1 line under construction adopt an L-shaped interchange, and a single-span line is set on the east side of the station.
The line runs eastward along Gutian Road, and a water station is set at the entrance of Jianhua Branch Lane of Gutian Road. (Note *: The former Wuyi Square Station and Raw Water Department Station of Fuzhou Metro Line 2 have been adjusted and merged into 1 station, namely the Water Department Station. The reasons for the adjustment mainly consider the following factors: the distance between the original Wuyi Square Station and the Raw Water Department Station is short, only 600 meters; The original Wuyi Square stood at the intersection of Wuyi Road, and the traffic was difficult to divert. There are 1 10KV high-voltage cables near the original station that need to be relocated, but there is no room for relocation nearby. Therefore, in order to ensure the smooth implementation of Line 2 project, the original Wuyi Square Station and Raw Water Department Station were merged into 1 station after legal procedures were changed. )
After entering Fuma Road eastward, set Ziyang Station at the intersection of Changle North Road, then transfer to Line 3, and set up a double parking line on the east side of the station.

The line continues to cross the Wenfu high-speed railway and the Third Ring Elevated Road eastward, and then turns south. The first-phase terminal, Gushan Station, is located at Gushan intersection, with a single-span line on the north and a turn-back line on the south.
It is planned to continue to drive south to the vicinity of Liuyi Jiayuan and set up Liyang Station. There are 22 stations on Line 2 * * *, of which Su Yang Station is the second-floor underground station, Gushan Station is the first-floor underground station, castanet Station, Xiyang Station and Nanmendou Station are all the third-floor underground stations, and the remaining 17 stations are the island-type underground stations. Xiangban Station carries out integrated design and construction in combination with the construction of business circle.
Line 2 and Line 8, Line 5, Line 1, Line 3 and Line 4 will be interchanged at five stops. The civil works of interchange nodes will be implemented at the same time, and connecting passages will be reserved, which is qualified for interchange.
The entrance and exit line of Xiawu Depot is connected to the east end of Gushan Station. Zhuqi parking lot access line is connected to the west end of Su Yang Station.
Cut and cover is used in the front and back of Su Yang station and in and out of the lower house, mining method is used in the section from Suyang to sand embankment crossing the mountain, and shield method is used in other sections. In Fuzhou Urban Rapid Rail Transit Construction Plan (20 14-2020), it is proposed that the extension line of Fuzhou No.2 starts from Suyangcun Station and extends northward to Zhuqi District.
In addition, Fuzhou Metro Line 2 has clearly extended eastward. Because the station scheme of the east-west extension line of Fuzhou Metro Line 2 is still in the process of engineering feasibility study, the formal research results can only be announced after demonstration and confirmation.
The extension line of Fuzhou Metro Line 2 was not included in the second round of subway construction planning. The extension line of Fuzhou Metro Line 2 has not been reported to the National Development and Reform Commission, but will be reported to the National Development and Reform Commission after the network planning is optimized, and construction will begin after the relevant project approval procedures are completed.
In order to meet the development needs of Mawei District and further promote the open development of "Fuzhou New District", Mawei New City and Mawei Bonded Zone, the Municipal Development and Reform Commission is currently leading the design unit to conduct in-depth research on the eastward extension of Rail Transit Line 2 to Mawei. According to the preliminary plan being studied, the Mawei extension line will extend from Gushan via Kuaian to Mawei City. As the scheme is still in the planning and research stage, the feasibility and specific route direction of the scheme may be further adjusted.
