Do college students need a computer grade certificate for graduation?
Under normal circumstances, you need to pass the National Computer Rank Examination (Level 2) and obtain and pass the certificate before the school can issue you a diploma and a degree certificate. However, some schools do not make mandatory requirements.

The National Computer Rank Examination (hereinafter referred to as NCRE) is a national computer proficiency examination system approved by the former State Education Commission (now the Ministry of Education) and sponsored by the Examination Center of the Ministry of Education, which is geared to the society and used to examine candidates' computer application knowledge and skills.

Applicants are not restricted by age, occupation, education, etc. Anyone can choose the corresponding grades and subjects according to their own learning situation and actual ability. Candidates can bring valid identity documents to the nearest test center to register. The specific registration time for each examination shall be stipulated by the provincial (autonomous region or municipality directly under the Central Government) level organizer.
