From the organizational point of view, the student union and mass organizations should be the important positions for the Youth League Committee to carry out all kinds of student group work. Therefore, the student union should be guided by the Youth League Committee, that is, under the League flag, we should follow the Party closely. This is a directional problem.

Organize the youth league work among young faculty members, and cooperate with relevant departments of the school to do ideological education, cultural study and cultural and sports activities for young faculty members. Care for and protect the legitimate rights and interests of the League members, and reflect the opinions and demands of the Youth League members to the superior and relevant departments.

4. Pay special attention to the organization and construction of the * * * Youth League Committee, improve the rules and regulations of the Youth League Committee, and do a good job in the transfer procedures of the organization relationship of the Youth League Committee and the registration procedures for the academic year of the member card; Do a good job in the development of new members, and be responsible for the procedures, rewards and punishments for over-age members who leave the group; Organize and carry out activities of striving for excellence.
