Minzu University of China (hereinafter referred to as "Minzu University of China") is located in Zhongguancun South Street, Haidian District, Beijing, adjacent to the National Library of China in the south and Zhongguancun Science Park in the north. It is a comprehensive national key university founded by the people of China, the State Ethnic Affairs Commission of China, the people of Beijing and China and the Ministry of Education.
2. The school won the honor.
The school ranks among the national "double-first-class" A, "985 Project" and "2 1 1 Project" construction universities, and has been selected into the national strong foundation plan, the high-level talent plan for ethnic minorities, the education and training plan for outstanding legal talents, the demonstration base for studying in China by the Ministry of Education, the national master's degree program for building high-level universities, and the scholarship receiving institution for foreign students in China.
3. School infrastructure
As of June 2023, the school has two campuses, Haidian and Fengtai, covering an area of 380,000 square meters, with a campus construction area of 592,000 square meters and a teaching and administrative room of more than 200,000 square meters. There are 1 department, 23 colleges and 7 1 undergraduate majors;
There are 5 post-doctoral research mobile stations, 27 first-class discipline master's degree authorization points, 6 first-class discipline doctor's degree authorization points, and professional master's degree authorization points 19;

As of June, 2023, the school has faculty 1864, including full-time teachers 1 16, senior high school 3 19, and sub-senior high school 364, accounting for 6 1.2%. Among the in-service teachers in the school, there are national-level talents such as national famous teachers, national model teachers and national outstanding professional and technical talents 19.
There are 2 16 17 full-time students, including undergraduate students 13656, ethnic minority preparatory students 185, master students/6464 and doctoral students 1365438. The school has nearly 200 international students from more than 40 countries.
