Beijing Union University is a comprehensive university in Beijing approved by the Ministry of Education 1985. Its predecessor was 1978, 36 university branches founded by Tsinghua and Peking University. It is a key training base for applied talents in Beijing.

20 14 May official website shows that the school has 14 campuses, which are distributed in six urban areas of Beijing, forming a school-running layout with the North Fourth Ring Campus as the center and the combination of centralization and decentralization. The school is located in the North Fourth Ring Campus on the east side of the National Olympic Sports Center, with convenient transportation. Covering an area of about 900 mu, the school building area is about 400,000 square meters, and the library has nearly 2.35 million books.

The school now has five master's degree authorization points in archaeology, computer science and technology, food science and engineering, software engineering and business administration, and two disciplines 1 master's degree authorization points, covering 22 master's degree authorization points in two disciplines.
