Two, party member student organization files transferred to Shanxi University of Finance and Economics, organizational relations letter of introduction transferred to the "Shanxi University Working Committee". After reporting for duty, take the school as the unit to go through the transfer formalities at the Organization Department of the Party Committee; The organizational relationship between members and students will be transferred to the Youth League Committee of Shanxi University of Finance and Economics. After registration, the college will go to the Youth League Committee to handle the transfer procedures.

Three, according to the relevant measures of the Ministry of public security, freshmen can't move their registered permanent residence into the school. If I am willing to move my registered permanent residence to the school, I will move my registered permanent residence to No.696 Wucheng Road, xiaodian district, Taiyuan City, Shanxi Province or Shanxi University of Finance and Economics, Taiyuan City, Shanxi Province. Except graduation, further education, suspension from school and transfer, I shall not transfer my account for any other reason, and all students in Taiyuan will not fall into the school collective households. Freshmen's accounts are settled centrally, and students who have not settled within the time limit will no longer go through the formalities of settlement. The names on the account transfer certificate, ID card, admission ticket and admission notice should be completely consistent, and the alteration is invalid. Students from the same area and unit should have a household registration, which may not be distributed collectively. When new students report for duty, they will hand in the household registration book to their college, which will then hand it over to the school security office.

4. According to the documents of the admissions offices of universities in all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government, all candidates admitted to our school must take the admission ticket, admission notice and other documents to the local admissions office to collect the paper files of candidates (Shanxi candidates do not need to go to the admissions office to collect the college entrance examination files, but to the middle school to collect the paper files of high school), and do not need to mail them. Candidates should bring them to their college when enrolling, and the college will hand them over to the school archives.

Five, according to the relevant provisions of the state and Shanxi Province, freshmen are required to pay the following fees:

Pay the basic medical insurance premium for urban residents for four years at one time in the following three ways (in case of changes in national policies, according to relevant regulations).

① Ordinary students: the basic medical insurance is in 40 yuan every year, and the supplementary medical insurance is in 8 yuan every year, for four years 192 yuan.

② Low-income students: 20 yuan for basic medical insurance students and 8 yuan for supplementary medical insurance students for four years 1 12 yuan.

③ Students with severe disabilities: 0 yuan for each student with basic medical insurance, 8 yuan for each student with supplementary medical insurance, and 32 yuan for four years.

1. Military training clothing expenses shall be subject to the government procurement price.

Military training clothes (including tops and trousers) are provided by the school and students buy them voluntarily.

Six, for freshmen who are unable to pay the relevant expenses due to family financial difficulties, they can apply for student-origin student loans to the local Education Bureau (Student Financial Assistance Management Center) (see the Introduction to Student Financial Assistance Policies in Colleges and Universities for details), or consult local financial institutions that carry out student loan business and go through the formalities. After reporting to the school, the student's college shall submit the certificate of acceptance of the student-origin loan or the materials that need to be confirmed by the school, and the student's college shall go through the relevant formalities at the student financial assistance management center of the student affairs office of the school. Seven, please students in accordance with the requirements of the "Notice on Matters Related to the Use of China Industrial and Commercial Bank's LinkedIn Card", within the specified time, the relevant fees will be deposited in the bank card, which will be withheld and remitted by the school.

8. When you check in or bring your own luggage, please indicate on the luggage tag the mark of xxx, a student majoring in xxx in xxx College of Shanxi University of Finance and Economics, so as to avoid losing or taking it by mistake. The luggage is checked by the students themselves to Taiyuan Station by means of transportation. Pay attention to safety on the way to school to prevent the loss of luggage or documents.

9. Check-in time at the school on September 12 and 13. The school will set up reception desks at Taiyuan Railway Station and Taiyuan South Station, and the pick-up time will be from 7: 00 to 22: 00. Please take a bus to different campuses and report to different campuses according to the registration place on the admission notice.

Ten, within three months after the new students enter the school, the school carries out ideological and political moral assessment, physical health examination, academic level review (English test after registration) and admission qualification review. Those who do not meet the admission conditions or resort to deceit will be disqualified.
