What's the difference between a counselor, a counselor, an instructor and a supervisor?
Instructors are the first-level heads of the army, armed police, public security and militia. Call the political instructor, battalion level.

Instructors refer to the political cadres of the company-level units of the People's Liberation Army and the squadron of the Armed Police Force, and are the heads of company commanders and squadron leaders.

Counselors refer to teachers who are engaged in students' ideological and political education, students' daily management, employment guidance, mental health and the construction of student party groups, and are an important part of college teachers. Each counselor generally manages one or several classes. Counselors' duties shall be carried out according to the Professional Ability Standard for Counselors in Colleges and Universities (Provisional).

Supervision is the person who performs supervision work, including common teaching supervision and enterprise supervision.
