Central University of Finance and Economics, located in Beijing, China, is a national "double-class" university directly under the Ministry of Education, Ministry of Finance and Beijing of China. The national "2 1 1 Project" and the first batch of "985 Engineering Superiority Discipline Innovation Platform" built universities, and were selected into the national "20 1 1 Plan" and "1Plan".
As of September 2022, the school has two campuses, Shahe and Lu Nan, covering an area of 654.38+0.0272 million square meters. There are 22 departments, 53 undergraduate majors, 5 first-level disciplines authorized by doctoral degrees, 16 first-level disciplines authorized by master's degrees and 20 categories authorized by master's degrees, 5 post-doctoral research stations, and 1783 faculty members.
The predecessor of the Central University of Finance and Economics is North China Institute of Taxation, which was founded on1949165438+10.6, and has gone through the development stages of the Central Institute of Taxation and the Central Institute of Finance. 1in August, 952, it merged with the departments of economics of Peking University, Tsinghua University, yenching university and Fu Jen Catholic University to form the Central College of Finance and Economics, headed by the Ministry of Higher Education. 1996 in may, the central institute of finance and economics was renamed as the central university of finance and economics.
By 2022, Central University of Finance and Economics will rank 35th in ABC China University in 2022.
