What does our club lack, fiery passion, calm attitude and serious reliability? After reading some opinions of the university community and everyone, I summarized the following points:
1. Without rules, there would be no Fiona Fang. In the ivory tower, many societies lack one of the most fundamental things-a serious assessment system and a more objective work distribution system. Therefore, an activity, although there are enough people, often feels that there are not enough people, or few people really come to participate in the activity, but still make a big fuss. The lack of system makes students feel that long-term work makes them unable to get corresponding rewards and lack motivation; At the same time, without discipline, there will be a sense of laxity. In universities, many societies advocate a kind of humanized management, which reflects the democratic consciousness of college students; Advocate to make the community a second "home" for students on campus. However, the work style that is often too friendly only ends in a hurry.
2. The work effect is uneven. In many colleges and universities, the communication between school associations and college associations is much lighter for counselors. In this way, some students "blossom inside the wall and smell outside the wall" have made great achievements in the school community, but they are not really reflected in the counselor's sight. Over time, it is easy to cause some students' resentment and dissatisfaction, and reduce their interest and enthusiasm in work. This is related to students' psychological function. Counselors are high school class teachers in the eyes of many college students. And this class teacher obviously has no energy to care about everyone as before. And we proud children who have been growing up in praise for a long time have made great efforts and failed to hear the teacher's praise. Naturally, loss seems normal.
