5. Putonghua certificate
For college students, the certificate of Putonghua proficiency is actually very important. If you want to be an industry leader like a teacher or a host, you can't move without a Putonghua proficiency certificate. As far as teachers are concerned, Chinese teachers must have at least a second-class certificate in Putonghua, otherwise they cannot teach Chinese. Radio hosts have higher requirements for Putonghua.
