Full-time means attending classes during normal working hours from Monday to Friday. Of course, it may only be four or even six days. It has nothing to do with accommodation, but full-time schools generally provide accommodation because classes are held here every day, but some forensics classes and assault classes are full-time, but they cannot provide accommodation.

If an adult school is full-time, there will generally be a reminder of "full-time", which means that you can't go to school and work at the same time.
