The teaching quality of Qinghai University for Nationalities is quite high.

The school has always been based on Qinghai, facing ethnic areas, keeping in mind the purpose of running schools for ethnic minorities and ethnic areas, adhering to the orientation of running schools for ethnic colleges, and cultivating more than 20,000 ethnic talents from and serving ethnic areas11.20, of which more than 50,000 graduates work in Qinghai and more than 8000 work in Tibet and Xinjiang.
