Binhai College of Nankai University was established with the approval of the Ministry of Education in 2004. Founded by Nankai University and Tianjin Gangrong Urban Environment Development Co., Ltd., the state-owned people's government of Tianjin Binhai New Area, according to the new model and mechanism. Located in Tianjin Binhai New Area Central Higher Education Park.
