Be diligent in learning knowledge and methods in teaching, and strive to achieve the interaction and coordination between theory and practice. Over the years, I have been committed to the construction of the curriculum system and teaching materials for animation majors. In order to establish and improve the curriculum system with the basic knowledge of animation as the core, I am diligent and conscientious in teaching.

In 2002, the first monograph on the basic theory of animation in China, Introduction to Animation, was published (printed five times). In 2003, the first monograph on animation creation theory in China was published (printed four times), and professional system teaching materials such as animation techniques and animation principles were published one after another. We try our best to continuously optimize and enrich the teaching content, revise the teaching syllabus and teaching materials many times, experience the knowledge docking research between animation professional courses and basic courses, and initiate the course of "Animation Principles" in China. This course pays more attention to the study of the internal theoretical mechanism of animation and the fundamental laws that determine the origin and development of animation, further combs and integrates the knowledge and experience of animation theory and practice, and makes positive contributions to the systematization of professional knowledge and the specialization of teaching methods. According to the needs of undergraduate teaching, we should respect the laws of education, improve methods and optimize contents. Advocate frame-based systematic teaching, organically link teaching contents in stages, and let students keep their feet on the ground and broaden their horizons. The construction of professional curriculum system and teaching materials laid the foundation for the development of animation discipline, and the iconic achievement "Introduction to Animation" won the title of Beijing Excellent Course.

In the process of teaching reform, I actively put forward suggestions, carefully designed courses, tried open classroom teaching, and extended in-class experiments to extracurricular practice. He has led students to the animation department of Beijing Science and Education Film Studio, the animation department of Bayi Film Studio, the animation channel of Beijing TV Station and the animation department of CCTV. At the same time, he enthusiastically passed on his experience to young teachers, so that they had a more specific understanding of the practice of animation. Using advanced teaching methods scientifically and applying PPT multimedia teaching technology to animation teaching earlier, the teaching results are rich in pictures, words, video clips and interactive technologies, which have achieved remarkable results in the pre-evaluation report of our school in 2003 and won unanimous praise from school leaders and expert groups. These teaching plans, courseware and experimental demonstrations are also the core contents of the introduction to Beijing animation quality courses, which can be used for reference by animation teaching in colleges and universities (see supporting materials for details).

I respect teachers and love disciples, and learn from our senior teachers with strong disciplines with an open mind. I have been listening for 864 hours. Enthusiastically helping students with difficulties and setting an example have enabled a deaf-mute student to realize his dream of continuing to study for a master's degree after completing his undergraduate studies. After graduation, the student was hired as an animation teacher by Qingdao University of Science and Technology. In order to improve the overall level of animation education in China, academic lectures have been held in many universities and academic institutions (including Northwest University, Nanjing Normal University, Nanjing University of Science and Technology, Shandong Institute of Arts and Crafts, Yangzhou University of Science and Technology, Hebei University of Science and Technology, Heilongjiang University of Technology, Zhejiang University, Jiangxi Audio-visual Center, Beijing Audio-visual Center, Shandong Audio-visual Center, Henan Audio-visual Center, Shandong Weifang Audio-visual Center, Beijing Haidian Audio-visual Center, etc.). In order to effectively spread the knowledge of animation, in 2008, he delivered a special speech on "A Preliminary Study of Animation Creation in China" at the International Mobile Animation Summit Forum (hosted by China Mobile). In the same year, he delivered a special speech on "Mastering the core technology of animation and creating different cultural styles" at the International Network Animation Summit Forum (sponsored by the Ministry of Culture). The efforts in teaching and educating people have been fully affirmed by leaders at all levels of the school and academic colleagues, and in 2008, they were awarded the title of "Model of Educational Innovation" by Beijing Trade Union, encouraging them to challenge difficulties and make up for deficiencies.

Introduction to the field of intransitive verbs

Animation major is one of the key disciplines in our school, as well as the key disciplines of the Ministry of Education and Beijing. Animation Institute has strong scientific research and teaching strength, and has established cooperative education mechanisms with many international universities.

Animation, as a new major, didn't offer animation courses in individual universities in a few countries until 1970s (USA, UK, Canada, etc.). ). The discipline of animation major usually belongs to the visual communication field under art. In China, there have been various stages of animation major training since 1950s, but the four-year undergraduate training of animation university started from 1978. In 1980s, animation majors were also set up in art colleges in many countries in the world, such as Tokyo Art Institute in Japan and Central University of the Arts in South Korea. 2/kloc-0 At the beginning of the 20th century, China Communication University established the Animation Institute, which fundamentally promoted the development of animation education in China. Subsequently, animation majors mushroomed in many universities in China, which greatly promoted the prosperity of animation industry in China.

With the emergence of new technology and new media, animation specialty is establishing contact with more traditional disciplines or emerging disciplines, and its interdisciplinary characteristics have attracted more and more attention. Therefore, some scholars try to re-demonstrate the discipline attribution of animation specialty. As far as the comprehensive characteristics of animation itself are concerned, it is very promising to become two independent new disciplines.

At present, Animation Institute has established various forms of cooperation with many international advanced animation professional colleges and * * * to create a new century teaching model and cultivate high-quality animation talents in an all-round way.
