Armstrong University (Armstrong University; Abbreviation: AU) is located in Oakland, San Francisco Bay Area, California, near Silicon Valley Industrial City. Formerly known as California Private Secretary School, it was founded by J. Evan Armstrong in 19 18. 192 1 year, the school expanded its discipline and changed its name to Armstrong Business School. 1927 began to award bachelor's degrees.

The president of Armstrong University is Huang Tianzhong, doctor of educational psychology. He is also a member of the Fifth Board of Directors of Huaqiao University, a member of the US Congress and a member of the Party Chairman's Business Committee.

Mr. Huang Tianzhong has been the President of Armstrong University since 1997. He is the eighth president of the university and one of the four Chinese presidents in American history.
