Legal Analysis: The Wuhan Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government proposed to implement the "Millions of College Students Studying in China for Entrepreneurship and Employment Project", but how to retain them? After investigation, they are very concerned about three issues. The first is the income problem, then the housing problem, and the settlement problem. In order to solve the income problem, we have studied and formulated such a guiding standard for the minimum annual salary of college graduates. In order to solve the housing problem, we have worked out a policy that college students can buy a set of affordable housing and rent a rental house at a price 20% lower than the market price. There is no threshold for college graduates to settle down. You can settle down as long as you have a diploma. Undergraduate students and junior college students are under 40 years old, and master students and doctoral students are not subject to age restrictions.
