Cognition and understanding of class aid in colleges and universities

Good morning, teachers and students. My name is Lei, and I'm the head teacher of 13 history department. At the beginning of my speech, I applied an old saying that time flies. Before I knew it, I had been a teaching assistant in Class 6 of 13 history for one semester. Today, on behalf of 13 freshmen class of School of Humanities and Communication, I am honored to say a few heartfelt words at the beginning of the new year and the new semester, with a review and summary, and more sustenance and blessings.

Looking back on the summer when freshmen reported for duty on 20 15, to paraphrase a sentence on the internet, it was a wonderful time when seniors changed from short-sleeved shorts to formal shoes. The week before the official report, our College of Humanities and Communication has completed the selection of teaching assistants for freshmen. Leaders and teachers at all levels of the college attach great importance to this. Of course, they also thank the teachers for their trust and guidance. After layers of selection and relevant training, teachers and class assistants welcome new students with a good mental outlook. For the freshmen in these two days, the orientation work is busy and full, and it is inevitable that there will be episodes of mistakes in a hurry, but on the whole, all the staff and freshmen are satisfied.

If life is like the first time, people who meet for the first time will always be young and beautiful. Freshmen are new here and feel strange and curious about everything in the university. Novice psychology and liberation psychology are at the same time. The primary task of the head teacher and the assistant to the head teacher is to guide the freshmen to change their lifestyle and learning mode correctly and quickly so as to adapt to such a completely unfamiliar environment in the university campus. The head teacher and assistant head teacher of each freshman class do their best to communicate, hold class meetings and organize activities, including emotions, conflicts and compromises, and everyone is happy and unhappy. But the road to light

It's always rough As good assistants of teachers and good friends of freshmen, the teaching assistants in your class face and overcome many unexpected or unexpected difficulties together. You can't have your cake and eat it. In the process of getting along with freshmen, your class teacher and class helper actually give up many important events and private time. This kind of ups and downs can only be realized by those who have experienced it personally. Of course, we also want to thank the head teacher for his trust and understanding. With their encouragement and support, we have the confidence and perseverance to rally and move on. Students' expectation and support for teachers and our class teacher assistants has also become an important belief in our unremitting efforts. Now it seems that the effect of our work is still remarkable. The road ahead should be up to you. We are moved by the painstaking efforts of your new class teacher. As for the quality of the helpers in the class, of course, it should be judged by the younger brothers and sisters.

Whether full or wasted, brilliant or frustrated, the first semester of college has passed. Everyone should adapt to college life and study. Now, my brothers and sisters have begun to have the manners and thoughts that a college student should have. Do you remember the first plan you made for your college career when you first entered the campus? At that time, you may want to be top student, make more friends, or be famous in the student union. No matter what it is, I believe everyone is already on the way to the goal. What I want to say here is that students who are on the right track hope that you will make persistent efforts. Students who have experienced various blows like me don't have to be discouraged. One or two failures are nothing at all, and three or five setbacks can't determine life. Everyone should have heard of the saying that the sword front comes from sharpening and the plum blossom fragrance comes from bitter cold. I hope everyone is a sword, pierce the haze and fight bravely. I hope everyone, like plum blossoms, is not afraid of the cold and is proud of the wind and frost. College academic performance is not everything, and poor grades are absolutely impossible. No matter what era, a beautiful report card is enough to impress most people. Snow and snow

Girls can specify realistic long-term plans and short-term goals for themselves in their future study and life. Don't aim too high. Seriously down-to-earth, read more books, participate in more competitions and learn more skills. Don't choose comfort in our most difficult time.

As far as teaching assistants in our class are concerned, the work of teaching assistants in Class 1 of 13 has also started for a semester. In the days to come, even if we no longer serve as the head teacher, we will still go all out to guide and help everyone, make progress and grow together. As a freshman class, it helps us to spend a good time together, whether it is the hot afternoon of military training or the quiet evening self-study in class. Or when the class Committee election is noisy and noisy, and when the class meeting is held, each shows its ability. No matter the ups and downs, or the wind, frost, rain and snow, it will be destined to be one of the most beautiful and unforgettable fragments in my college life. The time spent with my little brothers and sisters is not only an exercise of the class's own ability, but also a rare personal growth experience.

At the end of my speech, on behalf of all the freshmen of 13 School of Humanities and Communication, I would like to give my favorite words to my dear younger brothers and sisters. Please remember that everything you have experienced is not in vain. I hope everyone will take this as their motto and be fearless in their future study and life. When you have faith, the whole world will make way for you. I was lucky enough to walk with my brothers and sisters, and I have already lived up to this life. Please let me say it again, thank you, thank you teachers, thank you class helpers, and thank you lovely young schoolmates.
