1. Full-time graduates from ordinary colleges, independent colleges, junior colleges and higher vocational colleges who must pass the unified entrance examination for ordinary colleges and universities nationwide;
2. If you belong to a difficult family, you need to submit relevant materials to prove that you can open a certificate and seal at the village cadre where the household registration is located;
3. Students are registered in our province. Unemployed and registered as unemployed at the end of the year of graduation;
4. College graduates from poor families who are still unemployed and registered as unemployed at the end of the year of graduation will be included in the scope of unemployment insurance from the second year and given unemployment subsidies for up to 6 months;
5. The unemployment subsidy standard is 90% of the minimum standard of unemployment insurance in the place where the graduates are registered;
6. The maximum period for receiving unemployment benefits is 6 months. The application materials are:
(1) unemployed registration form;
(2) A copy of the ID card (social security card) and the household registration book;
(3) if the school has no employment experience, provide a school diploma;
(4) Terminate or terminate the labor relationship with the employer, and provide procedures for terminating or terminating the labor relationship;

Unemployed persons who meet the following conditions shall receive unemployment insurance money from the unemployment insurance fund:
(a) before unemployment, the employer and I have paid unemployment insurance premiums for one year;

(three) registered unemployed and have job requirements.
Article 46
Before unemployment, if I and the employer have paid a total of one year but less than five years, the longest period of receiving unemployment insurance benefits is twelve months; If the accumulated payment is over five years but less than ten years, the maximum period for receiving unemployment insurance benefits is eighteen months; If the accumulated payment is more than ten years, the maximum period for receiving unemployment insurance benefits is twenty-four months. If you are unemployed again after re-employment, the payment time will be recalculated, and the period of receiving unemployment insurance benefits will be combined with the period of receiving unemployment insurance benefits that should have been received but not received in the previous unemployment, and the longest period will not exceed 24 months.
Article 47
The standard of unemployment insurance benefits shall be determined by the people's governments of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government, and shall not be lower than the minimum living standard for urban residents.
