Introduction of Athens University College
The University of Athens has 5 colleges, 22 departments and 7 independent departments. The dean is responsible for the work of the whole hospital, and there are department directors and professional directors. Each college has a college congress, a dean's meeting and a dean. Department management agencies include Congress, management committee and department heads. Professional management institutions are congresses and professional directors. The affiliation of each department is as follows:

Theological Seminary: Department of Theology, Department of Pastoral Theology.

Faculty of Law, Economics and Politics: Faculty of Law, Faculty of Economics and Faculty of Political Management.

School of Health: Department of Medicine (University Affiliated Hospital), Department of Dentistry, Department of Pharmacy and Department of Nursing.

Art College: Greek Language and Literature Department, History and Archaeology Department, Philosophy Education Psychology Department, English Language and Literature Department, French Language and Literature Department, Foreign Culture Department.

Independent departments are: Sports Department, Primary Education Department, Preschool Education Department, Home Economics Department, Drama Research Department, Mass Communication Department and Music Department.

Some departments offer postgraduate courses and can award doctoral degrees.
