After graduating from college, I changed from a student to a self-reliant adult. In the eyes of the company, college students are a group of obedient and cheap labor. Fresh graduates start their first jobs, and most people care about their growth in the workplace. However, other colleagues in the department will not go easy on you just because you have just graduated and have no experience.
