At this time, we may have gone through a long winter and spring, made a choice about the future, or hesitated among many choices. Who would like to talk about our disappointment?
1932, Hu Shi published a gift for college graduates this year in the Independent Review. He combined his own experience.
Three self-defense prescriptions were given to college graduates at that time: finding problems, cultivating amateur interests and being confident.
Later, in response to a student's letter questioning the situation of college students' "adventure island", Hu Shi contributed a fourth prescription, which may still be a good medicine today, so I share it with you.
The first prescription: always try to find one or two problems worth studying.
The second prescription: we must cultivate more amateur interests. For those who fail to pursue a happy career, hobbies outside the profession are a relief.
The third prescription: always have a little confidence.
The fourth prescription: you must reflect on yourself first, and don't blame others, let alone society.
