Teaching and scientific research level: A university should also meet the following standards: the average annual expenditure on scientific research in schools with humanities and social sciences in the past five years should reach at least 5 million yuan, and other universities should reach at least 30 million yuan. In the past five years, scientific research achievements have won 20 awards at or above the provincial and ministerial levels, including at least 2 national awards. There are at least two key laboratories at or above the provincial level and two key disciplines.
