The "Administrative Measures" revised the categories, basic principles and procedures for changing majors. Compared with the original "Administrative Measures", there are three new measures: First, on the basis of the original limited transfer of outstanding undergraduates to majors, outstanding freshmen (that is, students who have won the scholarship of outstanding freshmen in the school) and "specialties" (that is, students who have won the national competition award in the senior secondary education stage or have special interests, hobbies and specialties in a certain subject) are allowed to change majors, and the above two types of freshmen can apply for changing majors after registration; Students who are not suitable for the original major due to physical reasons and have learning difficulties can also apply for changing majors, which fully embodies the educational concept of "people-oriented" in our school. Second, the proportion of outstanding undergraduates changing majors has increased, benefiting more students. Third, the coverage of majors for students to choose is wider, which breaks the restriction of the basic principle of changing majors according to subject categories in the original management methods. Students can apply to transfer to a major whose enrollment is consistent with the college entrance examination. In addition, the workflow of changing majors and student management is further sorted out.
