Inner Mongolia Medical University is located in the center of Hohhot, the capital of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, a famous historical and cultural city beyond the Great Wall, with convenient transportation and superior environment. It is a multi-disciplinary, multi-professional and multi-level comprehensive medical college. Founded in 1956, the College is the first medical college established in the minority areas of New China. At that time, it was under the Ministry of Health, and later it was under the management of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.
