(5) Procedures for fresh graduates to apply for extending their study years.

1. fresh graduates who have not completed the courses stipulated in the training plan but still want to get a diploma must apply for extending their study years.

2. Fresh graduates, if their GPA can't meet the degree requirements, but still want to get a degree certificate, must apply for extending their study years.

3. Fresh graduates who are not satisfied with the completion of their studies must apply for extending their study years.

4. fresh graduates who want to obtain a degree certificate for reasons such as violation of discipline but have no supporting materials must apply for extending their study years; If a student who violates discipline applies for a degree, the Academic Affairs Office will report the relevant materials of the student to the Academic Degrees Committee, which will finally decide whether to grant a bachelor's degree.

Students who go through the extension formalities will not enter the final stage of graduation. Those who have not gone through the extension formalities are deemed to have agreed to enter the final stage of graduation. Students who have graduated without a degree will only get a diploma without a degree, and those who have not, will only get a diploma.

All departments are requested to submit the Approval Form for Extension of Students' Study Duration in College of Modern Science and Technology, Ji Liang University, China and the Application Form for Payment of Graduates from College of Modern Science and Technology, Ji Liang University, China to the Academic Affairs Office before 14 weeks, and the extension formalities will not be accepted after the deadline.
