Instructions and precautions for freshmen in Nanjing University of Information Science & Technology
Freshmen are required to report to the school at the time specified in the admission notice with the Admission Notice, Admission Ticket and Original and Copy of Resident Identity Card (if they have not applied for an ID card, the local public security organ shall issue a certificate, and the name on the certificate must be the same as the name on the admission notice). If you can't report on time due to special circumstances, you must submit relevant supporting materials to the school admissions office for leave in advance, and the leave time should not exceed two weeks. Those who fail to take time off or take time off after the deadline are deemed to have given up their admission qualification automatically.
Freshmen who have been admitted to the school, but at the same time enlisted in the army according to law, need to go to the conscription office of the people's government of the county (city, district) where they joined the army to receive and fill out the Application Form for Recruiting Freshmen in Ordinary Colleges and Universities (hereinafter referred to as the Application Form), and go to the school to go through the formalities of retaining their student status with the application form stamped by the county-level conscription office, and receive the Notice of Retaining Admission Qualification. Freshmen who join the army can go through the admission formalities at school within 2 years after retirement with the Notice of Retaining Admission Qualification and the Notice of Admission. Freshmen who re-register for the college entrance examination are regarded as giving up the original admission opportunity automatically, and the admission qualification is no longer retained.
