The full name of People's Public Security University of China is People's Public Security University of China. According to the inquiry of official website of People's Public Security University of China, candidates who apply for public security major in public security university must participate in political investigation, interview, physical examination and physical fitness assessment organized by the political department of the provincial public security organ where their household registration is located (where they were registered at the time of college entrance examination). If the conclusion of political examination, interview, physical examination or physical fitness assessment is unqualified, it will not be accepted.

Among them, different majors apply for People's Public Security University with different conditions, as follows:

Candidates who apply for the public security major in public security colleges shall obtain the qualifications for the college entrance examination in that year and meet the following conditions:

1, with China nationality;

2. Abide by the Constitution and laws of People's Republic of China (PRC);

3, love the motherland, love the people, love the China * * * production party, love the Socialism with Chinese characteristics system;

4. Volunteer to engage in public security work, love the people's public security cause, and be determined to study hard and work hard to safeguard national political security and social stability;

5. They are above 16 years old and under 22 years old (born between September 1 day, 2006 and August 3 1 day, 2007) and are unmarried;

6. Graduated from ordinary high school;

7. Have good political quality and moral conduct, and meet the political conditions for enrollment of public security majors in public security colleges;

8. Have good physical condition and psychological quality, and meet the eligibility criteria for public security major enrollment interview, physical examination and physical fitness assessment in public security colleges.

Candidates who apply for the law major of public security university shall meet the following conditions:

1, with China nationality;

2. Abide by the Constitution and laws of People's Republic of China (PRC);

Love the motherland, love the people, love the China * * * production party, and love the Socialism with Chinese characteristics system;

Law-abiding, honest and trustworthy, with good moral conduct;

Good health, in line with the relevant requirements of the "Guiding Opinions on Enrollment Physical Examination of Ordinary Colleges and Universities".
