Elaboration of five concepts

Six organizational forms

Posters, banners and inkjet printing are the most direct and immediate publicity methods in publicity activities. According to the different periods of activities, we made classified publicity plans.

1), morning:

This issue is the preparation period of the contest. It is also a time to collect players. In order to fully recruit outstanding players from the whole school and explore literary talents as fully as possible, we should fully strengthen our contact with all campuses and secondary colleges, mobilize their cooperation, increase publicity, and explore talents from our campuses and colleges, so as to achieve our goal of selecting outstanding talents. During this period, our publicity mainly focused on paintings and posters, and the content was "Top Ten Singers Competition on Campus". Painting size is 2.5-5 m2/block, quantity 1 block/campus. There are several posters in each campus, which are placed in the most crowded places in each campus. The purpose is to set off the atmosphere before the competition and stimulate students' enthusiasm and enthusiasm for paying attention to the competition. 3. Exhibition

The final party will be held in the auditorium of Central South University Railway Campus. There is a large exhibition hall in front of the auditorium, where merchants can show their products, distribute product posters and answer students' questions about products.

4. Others

Distribute leaflets to students' dormitories regularly for merchants, so that students can know more about the products of merchants. The propaganda department of the student union assists in publicity!
